Hot tubs and pools require maintenance. We acquired a hot tub many years ago and found that it changed our lives. We love it. Before we discovered Lakeshore Pools and hot tubs, we had difficulty finding an experienced yet reasonable technician. I highly recommend this company as they truly understand customer service and do great work. Robbie just bailed us out of a potentially disasterous situation when our heater broke in sub-zero weather.

I've had these guys come to the house to fix my hot tub twice now. I was impressed the first time they came over. The guy was courteous, professional and quite knowledgeable. Then recently I had some more problems, and called Robbie the technician who works there. He was quick at returning my call and was able to come over within a few days to fix the problem. I am not one to give people a bad review unless it's warranted. I will but l say is that I've had this tub for well over 25 years, and in the last year I have switched over to Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs and very happy with my decision. Great job, fair rates and amazing service. What more could a person want?kudos to you Lakeshore P&HT

I had a great experience with Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs. I recommend them based on fantastic customer experience. I’ve had my tub for a year and they are always available to provide advice or answer questions. As a new tub owner, this has been really helpful and it makes the tub easy to look after. This month I broke a piece on the cover (my fault), and Peter at Lakeshore Pools was fantastic in looking after me. I remain pleased that I purchased the tub from this business. Paul

These guys are super helpful. It was a tough summer keeping the pool balanced due to extreme heat and torrential rain. Peter educated me on what to do with my green pool and walked me step by step on how to solve. If you are new to pool ownership I highly recommend working with these guys as they know what they are doing.

I had serious recurring issues having my hot tub serviced successfully and was out of options, or so I thought until I contacted Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs.I was so frustrated and ready to shut the whole thing down and say goodbye to a considerable amount of money invested, when I found the answer to my troubles with this company!They listened patiently to my problems and sent their top technician Robbie, out to help me within 2 days. He arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, having spoken to me on the phone previously and correctly diagnosing the problem. Within 30 minutes , the hot tub was in working order!! Robbie was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was. I was so relieved and happy to have my hot tub in working order again. Robbie explained how to take care of it and trouble shoot any other problems as well.I highly recommend this company for efficiency, courtesy and professionalism.August 2018

I did not know much about hot tubs other than I wanted one...like everyone else I did my research online to learn more about them...I did learn some stuff however at the same time my confusion grew. I had more questions than answers...I went to Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs and spoke with Peter, who impressed me with his knowledge, willingness and transparency in sharing information. Without any sales pressure from Peter I knew then that this was the place to get my tub. I purchased my tub back in April 2018, and have been happy with the service and support from Peter and his team so far. Thank you Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tub for making my experience a positive one without any second thoughts.

We were in desperate need of a new hot tub and also needed our pool fixed.We were overwhelmed at the prompt and friendly service, and the knowledge and dedication of their service manager, Regan who handled the pool issue and made sure the job was done and all was fixed accordingly. Service Manager Robbie was exceptional in getting our old hot tub out and providing us with a new Base Pad and took special care in getting our new Beachcomber hot tub installed with the wonderful help of Regan and the entire team. I would also like to thank Peter who took the time to ensure all details were planned out and executed correctly. Due to their prompt, knowledgeable and very thorough work, we could not be happier with the service and results. Thank you Regan, Robbie, Peter & the entire Lakeshore Pools team for making our pool & new hot beautiful for us to enjoy!

In December while on vacations, it was extremely cold and we had an electrical failure which caused the hot tub to freeze and burst some of the pipes. We contacted three companies that declined to do the work. Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs were very upfront about the cost and that they would have to come three times. They would send us their best worker which was Robbie. Very confident and knowledgeable, he did the work very quickly and well. Good communication about what was going on which resulted in no surprise when it was time to pay. He saved us 700$ (cost of a pump) by not jumping to conclusions and properly investigating the problem. Three weeks later, we had an electrical problem with the hot tub. We contacted the electrician who got us to change the breaker and told us to contact our technician. Robbie came back and pretty much did the electrician's work. Only good words for this technician. We have had our swimming pool opened, closed and maintained by Lakeshore Pools for many years. We have always been 100% satisfied with their prompt and friendly service, and the knowledge and dedication of their service manager, Regan. This year, Lakeshore Pools completed an acid wash, making our gunnite/marbelite pool look like new. They also installed a Hayward full automation system. Again Regan was prompt, knowledgeable and very thorough. We could not be happier with the service and results. Thank you Regan and Lakeshore Pools for making our pool beautiful! 🙂

Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs runs their business the old fashioned way. They actually care about their customers. They go out of their way to make things right and stick to their word. Sadly this isn't common in today's retail environment. Marilynn, Peter and Robbie are family and the minute you walk in, they treat you like family as well. They've done an amazing job with our Beachcomber hot tub purchase. From sale to install, top shelf all the way. I highly recommend using these guys for all of your pool and hot tub needs. Am a new customer and new to hot tubs and did have a little rocky start. However, the company really stepped up and went above and beyond to remedy any concerns I had. Robbie dropped everything and came by and addressed the issues with the tub, promptly and efficiently. He was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. Kate, Catherine, Mary were very attentive and took the time to explain things for me and a young man there who helps test the water and explains the product... sorry I forget his name, but he was extremely helpful and patient with my myriad questions. Went to a number of hot tub stores before going to Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs...Wow!!! The entire experience at Lakeshore was excellent. Peter and his family understand customer service...they go far beyond expectations....all the way from the initial in-store experience, to the delivery, to the post-install setup/education visit. Only had the tub for two days, but if the quality of the hot tub turns out to be equal to the quality of the customer service then it is a slam dunk for me!

I couldn't say a bad word about this family run business if i tried. Robbie the repair guy is amazing. He is efficient with his time, and incredibly productive, resourceful and results oriented. After Hot Tub Service plus told me it was going to cost more than $1200 to fix my tub, Robbie came and fixed the whole thing for $400. Not to mention due to a tragedy I needed Robbie to return to drop the hot tub and he dropped everything and came, even though I am a new client. I am so so happy.
