BioGuard Optimizer Plus is a specially formulated water enhancer designed for swimming pools that use Chlorine, Bromine, or Salt. Optimizer Plus provides soothing comfortable water that feels incredibly soft, enhances water clarity, improves chemical effectiveness, and protects metal surfaces, like your heat exchanger, from corrosion. Completely soluble in water, Optimizer Plus helps enhance the water creating a better swimming experience and over time, makes the chemicals you are already using to be more effective at their job.

How to Use at Pool Opening:

1. Backwash your sand filter or ensure your cartridge filter is clean before adding Optimizer Plus
2. Ensure pump is running continuously
3. Add 2kg of Optimizer Plus for every 10,000L of pool water to the pool skimmer
4. Add 1/3 of the dosage each time, with 2 – 3 hours between each addition

DO NOT USE OPTIMIZER PLUS WHILE SWIMMERS ARE IN THE POOL
Wait 15 minutes after using Optimizer Plus to go swimming

Tips for Using Optimizer Plus

• Optimizer Plus does not degrade, so you only need to add it once a season
• Add Optimizer Plus at the beginning of the season to get the most use out of it
• Ask for a borates test when you get your water tested the first time so we can recommend the correct amount. There could still be some left from last season!
