Shipping Method and Costs

We are currently shipping local orders delivered by Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs or non-local orders via Canada Post/UPS depending on the products requested. We ship to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and select areas of Oakville and Etobicoke, Ontario using our own dedicated service vehicles, or we will use Canada Post/UPS for all other orders within Ontario. The Canada Post/UPS shipping option is not available on the checkout at this time, however if you contact us prior to placing your order, we will confirm if you are within our shipping area as some areas are restricted by couriers.

Packing and shipping is $25 + HST for all orders under $175 before taxes. Orders over $175 before taxes are packed and shipped for free. If one of your items is currently out of stock, we will contact you to advise of the expected arrival date. You will only be charged one shipping fee per order even if there is a backordered item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing A 10% cancellation/restocking free will be applied before a refund is issued.

After 24 hours, or if the order has shipped or has been delivered, the sale is final and no returns will be accepted or refunds issued.

Method of Refund

Any refunds approved by Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs will be issued in the form of in-store credit, which you can apply to a future online or in-store purchase.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

In the event that the products in your order are damaged/defective, or we shipped you the wrong goods, please email us at with the below particulars:

  • Damaged goods: If the outside packaging is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged packaging before opening it so we can improve your experience for the future.
  • Defective goods: Most of our products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Please email us with the details of why the product is defective, with pictures if applicable.
  • Wrong Item shipped: Email us with details on which product was ordered and what you received instead.

If we find that you need a replacement product in any of the above scenarios, we will deliver it to you at no cost.

Please do not ship anything back to the store as we cannot accept returns.
